Arbitrum activates ArbOS 61 Elara upgrade, adding compliance screening and priority fee functions
According to The Defiant, on August 20th, Arbitrarum activated the ArbOS 61 Elara upgrade, introducing optional protocol level transaction filtering, priority fee support, and alternative data availability interfaces for dedicated chains, and adjusting the basic fee management and Stylus contract capacity of Arbitrarum One. The compliance screening function requires the chain owner to configure service providers such as TRM Labs or Chainalysis and set rules. The priority fee function needs to be enabled by the chain owner through pre compilation, and the priority fee collection of Arbitrarum One requires a separate DAO vote.
