Kimmo Siren: Farcaster should get rid of dependence on a single management party

Lens product leader and Orb co-founder Kimmo Siren said that Farcaster should develop to a stage where it no longer relies on a single long-term manager. Kimmo Siren believes that decentralized social protocols should allow any client to directly read, write, replay, and verify the complete history without trusting a single team. With the maturity of infrastructure such as Ethereum Blobs and EIP-4844, social data can be written in bulk at low cost and re hosted by anyone, while being verified through on chain commitments. Kimmo Siren hopes to build a replicable and verifiable on chain social state, so that the social network can continue to exist even when the management team changes.
