Vitalik Buterin: Local mixing technology is a new cryptographic foundational tool

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has published an article titled "Obfuscation (Part 3): Local Mixing", introducing a "local mixing" technique that does not rely on elliptic curves, RSA, or lattice cryptography. This technique draws on the experience of symmetric cryptography and hash function design to eliminate information leakage through scrambling, refactoring, and hiding circuit structures. Vitalik Buterin stated that local mixing technology is in its early stages and faces challenges from random attacks and linear analysis, but its goal is to build more efficient indistinguishable obfuscation iO schemes and promote the development of anti quantum public key encryption.
