Bitcoin mining pool OCEAN announced that Luke Dashjr has resigned from his positions as Chairman, Chief Technology Officer, and Director, and the company has repurchased all of his equity holdings. Luke Dashjr will be involved in the new project CONVOY, while OCEAN will continue to provide services to miners through transparent, unmanaged mining pools.
