Adam Aron: Criticizes Robinhood for promoting offshore tokens in the US, accusing it of evading US securities laws

On September 5th, AMC CEO Adam Aron criticized Robinhood on X platform for promoting offshore Stock Tokens on its US website, accusing it of evading US securities laws and creating unauthorized synthetic markets. Adam Aron told Robinhood co-founder Vlad that Robinhood's promotion of Jersey offshore tokens on its US website did not comply with US securities laws.
