Router Protocol will cease operation and destroy tokens before September 30, 2026

The cross chain protocol Router Protocol has announced that it will gradually cease operations and be fully shut down by September 30, 2026, due to factors such as the shift in market focus towards AI, the fading popularity of the cross chain interoperability track, and business cost issues. Router Protocol will permanently destroy 303 million ROUTE tokens in the vault and coordinate with the centralized exchange to remove them. Holders are required to withdraw tokens before the deadline.
