According to The Wall Street Journal, smart ring manufacturer Oura listed Robinhood as an underwriter in its IPO filing, marking Robinhood's first participation in IPO underwriting. Oura is expected to be valued at over $11 billion, with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, Allen&Co., and Jefferies serving as joint lead underwriters, and Robinhood ranking last among 18 underwriters. Robinhood received regulatory approval for underwriting business in June of this year. Oura has invited Jason Warnick, former CFO of Robinhood, to join the board of directors. Robinhood's closed-end fund, launched in March this year, holds 3.64% of Oura's assets.
