The white hat hacker group involved in the Liquid exploit demanded that Blockstream pay 10% of the $5 billion asset as a vulnerability bounty, otherwise it would result in the holder losing 15%. The gang accuses Blockstream of only spending $1.5 million to provide security for $5 billion in assets and claims to disclose the private key used to decrypt conversation content.
