The Bulgarian National Assembly has passed an amendment to the Tax and Social Security Procedure Law, allowing the Bulgarian National Tax Service to obtain the names, addresses, dates of birth, tax residences, tax identification numbers, and transaction data of cryptocurrency users. This bill implements two European Union directives, requiring companies related to encrypted assets to register and report user personal information and transaction details.
