Chase Barker: Suggesting Robinhood Chain to abandon Arbitrarum and migrate to Solana

Solana Foundation executive Chase Barker stated that Robinhood Chain should abandon the use of Arbitrarum because L2 cannot achieve effective scalability in terms of performance and cost, and centralization issues limit its development. Chase Barker suggests Robinhood build a new high-performance chain or migrate directly to Solana.
