26% of Trump supporters call on Republican candidates to cut ties with him, with most respondents negatively evaluating his economic policies

According to a PF Global poll, 26% of Trump supporters in 2024 believe that cutting ties between Republican candidates and Trump would increase their chances of winning. 57% of respondents believe that the Republican Party should cut ties with Trump on the issue of the Iran war, 61% believe that they should distance themselves from him on economic issues, and 67% believe that they should take a different stance on immigration and border control issues. 44% of respondents believe that their personal financial situation has deteriorated during President Trump's tenure, and 59% say that the burden of daily expenses has increased.
