David Ripley: European MiCA Act More Practical than US Regulation

Kraken Co CEO David Ripley stated that the European MiCA Act provides clarity for market rules, compared to the more confrontational regulatory environment in the United States. David Ripley pointed out that the progress of the CLARITY bill is slow, and if the United States delays the legislation on cryptocurrency regulation, the leadership position in financial innovation will be given to the European Union.
